In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By accessing the Platform or registering an Account, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You represent and warrant that the access and use of online gaming services, including casino games and sports betting, is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 92pkr makes no representation that the Services are legal, appropriate, or available for use in any specific location. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.
3.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 Single Account Policy. Each person may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If 92pkr identifies duplicate Accounts associated with the same person, all duplicate Accounts will be permanently closed. Any balances held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
3.5 Account Verification. 92pkr reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension until verification is satisfied.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any other person. 92pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 92pkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. 92pkr will investigate reported security breaches and take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving credible notification.
4.3 Account Currency. 92pkr Accounts are operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the time of registration. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 92pkr reserves the right to apply an administration fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. 92pkr accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, USDT TRC20, and direct bank transfer from major Pakistani financial institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Allied Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 Deposit Processing. 92pkr does not guarantee any specific deposit processing time. While most JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions are credited within two to five minutes under normal conditions, processing delays may occur due to network congestion or issues with the payment provider. 92pkr accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.3 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above specified thresholds. 92pkr reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of any verification request.
5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus credits are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is communicated at the time each bonus is offered.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on 92pkr are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. 92pkr does not accept liability for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT transaction values.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by 92pkr are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
6.2 92pkr reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will not be withdrawn mid-wager without equivalent substitution or credited balance.
6.3 Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated or artificial means to satisfy Wagering Requirements, or any other practice deemed by 92pkr to constitute bonus abuse — will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.4 92pkr is not obligated to offer any bonus or promotion to any user and reserves the right to exclude any Account from promotional activity at its discretion.
7.1 All bets placed on 92pkr are subject to the applicable game rules and betting rules published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing any wager.
7.2 92pkr reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or any erroneous odds or game outcome that is not consistent with the rules of the relevant game or event.
7.3 In the case of sports betting, 92pkr reserves the right to suspend a market, revise odds, or void settled bets where it is established that an error occurred in the original pricing or settlement of the market.
7.4 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on 92pkr. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market. Bets placed in excess of displayed maximum limits may be voided or reduced to the published maximum at 92pkr's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pkr Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
9.1 All content on the 92pkr Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, trade marks, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to 92pkr. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the prior written consent of 92pkr.
9.2 The 92pkr brand name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive property of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of the 92pkr brand in any context — including in search engine advertising, social media profiles, or any other medium — is strictly prohibited.
10.1 92pkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help users maintain control of their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. You may apply for self-exclusion at any time by contacting 92pkr support or accessing the responsible gaming section of your Account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
10.3 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, 92pkr strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool and seek professional guidance from qualified support services in your area.
10.4 Minor Protection. You must not permit any person under the age of 18 to access the Platform using your Account or device. If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate parental controls are in place.
11.1 The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 92pkr Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11.2 92pkr implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All financial transactions on the Platform are transmitted via HTTPS encryption.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkr's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 92pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if 92pkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 92pkr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Planned and unplanned maintenance outages may occur. 92pkr will make reasonable efforts to minimise service disruption and will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
13.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 92pkr customer support. Upon Account closure, any eligible real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable fees and any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.2 Termination by 92pkr. 92pkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason that 92pkr, at its sole discretion, considers sufficient grounds for termination.
13.3 Upon termination for cause attributable to your breach of these Terms, 92pkr reserves the right to void outstanding bets and withhold or forfeit any balance in the Account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Platform operator's jurisdiction of registration. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
14.2 By using the 92pkr Platform, you acknowledge that online gaming activities may be subject to legal restrictions in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to comply with any applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.
15.1 92pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will not be less than seven (7) days from the date of notification.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
